5 /5 Chrissy Stragisher: My car was leaking coolant and had overheated so I took it to O’Brien’s. They diagnosed the issue same day and had my car repaired and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours! The entire staff is great and the owner personally made sure that I was taken care of - they even caught that my car’s oil change sticker was past due which is incredible attention to detail and told me to come back in a few weeks so they can check that everything is still working properly. I’m very happy with the level of care and professionalism that I received.

5 /5 Rosa Fuentes: GREAT PLACE FOR INSPECTION! Truly done in less than 15 minutes from roll-in to roll-out! No extra fees, just $7.25 total. I had pulled into the inspection place across the street, which was supposed to be open, but wasnt, and one of the guys saw me and walked over and invited me to come over. Im so glad he did!

He remembered me even though it had been several months since I had been there. Jake provides outstanding customer service! He very patiently described what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. Not only did he keep up with the progress of the repairs to my car he made sure I was taken care of, too. He arranged for me to pick up a rental car and had someone drive me to their location. Jake made sure to contact me with updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Jake is one of the main reasons I return to Cambridge! His customer service is outstanding.

Wesley Dulin: If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic go with these guys. They did work on my truck and when the problem didn’t fix they didn’t charge me for any of the work or parts. I went back the next week to get it fixed. They communicate better than any mechanic I’ve ever worked with and they will send a detailed email including everything that works and doesn’t in your vehicle (pictures included). They have amazing customer service and there are some funny guys. It may be a drive for me but it’s worth going 20 minutes out of the way.
