Ertan Digestive Disease Center-Texas Medical Center - Houston Sara Bozeman: Impossible to get someone to pick up the phone. They asked for labs. I sent them and didnt hear anything for weeks. I called back. They claimed they never received them. Resent. Then they asked for records, physicians visit comments, and a physicians note. Why didnt they say that at the beginning? Why would I use the same system that didnt work the first time? Difficult to work with and they refused to schedule an appointment. No, thank you.
Pulse Healthcare System / Padilla - East Downtown Clinic - Houston Andres Lopez: This place really is a joke. Ever since they switched to pulse, its just been down hill from there. I cant believe the Padilla family let this office get to this point. Im not even sure if they are still affiliated, but they sure like to drop the name on the website. There are better places around. The doctor talking in the background was so unprofessional. Worst experience at a doctors office i ever had.

After hearing all the horribles experiences from friends and family I was terrified of having my baby in any hospital. My husband took our daughter here last week she wasn’t doing well at all after explaining all her symptoms the Provider she goes and says that my daughter is “fine” to just give her Tylenol. Right after her appointment we took her to the ER because she was having difficulty breathing where she was diagnosed with Pneumonia.

There are many positive interactions Ive forged here, specifically with my PCP, so this will indefinitely remain my primary location to go to.
