1 /5 Art & Jane: I would never use LN Beauty Express, nor recommend them. Last month I had an appointment with Tammy for a half up formal style for a special event. Tammy had me wait 10 minutes then said to change into my formal gown so my hair would not get ruined. I have fractured ribs and a employee said she could zip me up. She said,"YOU TOO FAT." Another employee said, YOU NEED DIET!" And one of them them said, "THIS DRESS TOO SMALL!!" They had no problem zipping me up and shocked, I waited Tammy. After another 5 minutes, Tammy came over and said my hair was too short and began blow drying my DRY hair. A make client with no appointment walked in, Tammy stopped working on my hair and brought him to the back where she shampooed him. As Im looked over, she was talking to him and began cutting his hair!
I left LN salon after 10 minutes of being ignored and insulted. Im horrified at their unprofessional comments about my weight. I was left with my hair looking worse than when I arrived, and scrambled to find another place to give me a half up, half down formal hairdo unless than an hour in a Saturday with no appointment, not to mention it was pouring rain. DRY BAR was able to undo the damage. Further, I will not use Mikes service at LN Beauty because a real hair dresser would not allow his co workers to treat a client so heinously. They ruined my special day, I cried about it all the way to Dry Bar.
