She put the wax on my face and was answering the phone to take appointment. This is unacceptable. I could have make a big deal out of it and I have a wedding to go to this Saturday. She acted like nothing happened and told me to put aloe Vera on it. No shit. Oh well, won’t ever come back.

I’m so glad I decided to give them another shot because Nima, who did my brows the first time, took care of me again—and I loved the results! Threading definitely hurts (I have a low pain threshold), but the outcome is always worth it. My brows look flawless and last a long time, which is perfect since I travel often for work. I’d rather let them grow out than go anywhere else!
