1 /5 Candice Osborne: Today I walked in at 5:45p for eyebrow threading. Unfortunately I was greeted with "um, Im sorry for today. I get off at 6pm and my ride will be here." If that isnt poor customer service, I dont know what is! You take customers on a walk in basis, I could see if I walked in After the POSTED HOURS that say you are OPEN until 6pm. Not to mention a lady (of the same race as the brow tech) walked in ahead of me and Sat right in the chair.. hmmm?! Needless to say, I will Not be coming here anymore.

2 /5 Christine Foust: I knew when I walked in and didnt see a Vietnamese or white person, not even a gay guy, something was going to go wrong. There was one person working on two people with two others in chairs with kids. All the same nationality none of which had thin blonde hair. I was not greeted till I signed in and half expected they wanted me to walk out. Sorry but this white girl needed a hair cut. So they called someone else from the back who grudgingly sat me in a chair and gave me a trim. She asked if I wanted bangs and I said no. I would like some rounding In the front around my face. Its called layering...what I got was two different layers four inches apart. So in the end I got long bangs...thanks, thanks. And thanks for over charging me and your welcome for your tip. I hope you go use it on schooling since you obviously dont have a license to cut hair.
