I read the reviews first and set an appointment for a full set dip with Vivi on my natural nails and she did not disappoint!! I am so very pleased!! And very glad to have a person by name that I can go to all the time instead of just getting anyone as it’s always hit or miss.

Nancy Cole: I had been to Le Le nails years ago and it has since changed ownership. Read reviews which seemed OK so I took a chance. The people were friendly, but the quality of service was lacking. Got the basic pedicure, the girl spent about 60 seconds working on my cuticles, only scrubbed my feet for maybe 30-45 seconds per foot and then got a 3 1/2 minute massage. Paint job was OK, a little sloppy but I can clean it up once I get home. Would not recommend to anyone. Price was cheaper than most other places in the area but now I see why. Maybe it was just the girl that I had.

I come in with all these random inspo pics and she indulges all my craziness! She’s also a perfectionist who takes time and great care in patiently making sure the nails have come out to her satisfaction as well! The rest of her team (including her husband) are also very personable, they greet and treat you well, offer beverages and make sure you are comfortable. When I called and visited to report this, I was met with skepticism and frankly, a lack of accountability from this business. I left two messages for the owner Jennifer to call me and no call yet. Bad service is one thing, but having a permanent scar on my face and having them act as if I don’t matter is not happening. Preparing to take legal action.
