1 /5 Bruce Wayne: My wife took her car here all the time. But every time when they worked on something that required they to take off the splash shield, they NEVER put it back on properly. It only took a few more zip ties to make sure the splash shield stayed on. But they wouldnt put in the extra small efforts. So, after my wife drove to places, the slash shield would eventually dangle beneath her car. We decided to take her car somewhere else even though the location of the shop was very convenient.

Not only did they expertly repair the issue, but I really appreciated their thorough approach. Instead of just replacing the faulty alternator, they took the time to diagnose *why* it went bad in the first place and corrected the underlying problem to prevent it from happening again. Their proactive service is rare and truly valuable. Crystal kept me informed every step of the way with timely email and text updates, which was a great comfort. I highly recommend them for their expertise, honesty, and excellent customer service.
