1 /5 Rhett Rimmer: I’m a native to this area and have seen this organization develop from what it used to be and what it is now. It’s becoming harder these days to find good doctors for many reasons that I’m sure most can relate to. I actually have emergency healthcare experience and have seen this first hand in all aspects most can’t imagine.
My family and I recently moved back to the Gainesville area and I seeked what I thought would be a solid Dr. Klein. Whom I had seen as a young adolescent in high school and college. I’m now 35 and seeking a healthier lifestyle and adjustments. We had one appointment and it was great. We had the same fears and goals. Left the appointment with good direction, adjustments, and medications. Came time for the first medication refill and I was completely caught off guard. It was denied and I received an email from him that was the complete opposite of our game plan. It was as if he forgot our entire visit. Literally gave up on me, his words were, “I’m going to bow out”. This is someone that I had previous rappor with and thought would have my best interest. It’s obvious that that is not the case anymore, long-term or much less short-term. I attempted to follow-up and ask what had happened and was completely ignored on both attempts. Not a person I can trust anymore.
That being said I would caution anyone seeking this doctor. Seems that there are some underlying issues and unpredictable attitude. Also seems he cannot communicate effectively I’d consider an alternative.
