Staff were friendly, and though the clinic looked busy, I was a tally taken back early. I had a checkup and labs done all in the same day with no waiting. The doctors and nurses were skilled and efficient, but took plenty of time to talk with me and listen to my concerns. Quality care.

5 /5 Barbara Hendon: I have been with BS&W over 4 years and all my Drs are in Temple which is a 50 mile drive one way. I contacted the Gatesville clinic and asked if I could change my PCP to them and it was done quickly and without issues. The lab techs are amazing...never even felt the stick. Nurses are friendly and very attentive. My PCP is wonderful (Dr. Pritchard). I loved my PCP in Temple, but being able to get care closer to home is something I really needed and appreciate the Clinic and Staff for making it happen.

1 /5 Iris Williamson: My brother saw Doctor Jessica Christian on 12/12/23. He was complaining of dizziness and weakness and explained he had tennitus. She never checked his ears. He told her he was afraid that whatever he has is going to kill him. She told him that “we all have to die,” and that It’s in God’s hands,” and basically did nothing. I am now sitting in the emergency room with him. So far the doctor has said he had damage to his ear, and very high blood pressure. I am a Christian woman, but I don’t think her words were appropriate. Upon speaking with others in the area, I have found this is her common practice. Thanks for nothing. It is a sad world we live in when we have to be in the ER to be taken halfway seriously. Do not send me a message asking for more info. You should’ve been that inquisitive at the appointment.

1 /5 Susan Renea: Yes DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC UNLESS YOU WANT UR PERSONAL INFORMATION GIVEN OUT OR IF U WANT TO HAVE UR APPOINTMENT CANCELLED AND THEY STILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE AND INSULATE YOU ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL CONSTITUTION AND THE Supervisor Alecia call you names and be a very unprofessional. I will never step foot in the clinic again

Nikkole Rodriguez: i have a son who is a 6m CHD Warrior, already has had 2 open heart surgeries and many more to come in the future. my son has been in the hospital in FW since the 12th of November 2024. Dad & I noticed his getting a wet cough, so we immediately took him to the ER, the Doctor listed to his breathing, asked me what medication he was taking and then said “okay, it doesn’t sound like he has pneumonia, make a follow up appointment with your PCP in a month.” we noticed that my sons cough had gotten worse that night so we loaded him up and took him to McLane in Temple where they immediately pulled us into a room, asked if we wanted to admit him for overnight observations, and ran test’s immediately. he had rhinovirus, another virus that goes hand-in-hand to rhinovirus, and an old form of Covid (not Covid-19). the fact that Dad & I asked if they wanted to run tests or admit him and they told us no is ridiculous. they care more about the inmates in this town then our kids. don’t waste your time bringing your babies here, drive the extra 20-30 minutes away for actual good care.

Kimberly Copeland: I have been seeing Dr Hurley for several years for a degenerate issue and while he is abrupt and straightforward, he is not rude. He tells you like it is whether you want to hear it or not. If you have questions, he will answer to the best of his ability or get back with you. He is not everyones cup of tea but that does not change his skill. I have not had a negative experience with his nursing staff either.

Teresa Stevenson: I have called since last Wednesday and have talked to the main office operator I have left messages we had X-rays on Monday and was supposed to get a call back with the results I even called today he was at the Clifton office where we saw him last week they said he was in the clinic but they had no way of getting ahold of him they did not have a number for him thats just crazy my husband needs pain meds and needs to know about X-rays and what to do next !!!!!!!

I recently had a loved one admitted to the hospital with Dr. Jeffrey Bates, he offered no medical advice only, condescending personal insults. During all 2 minutes of patient interaction. All I have left to say is every graduating class has a first and last. I think we all know he is the last of his class, and lacking of class. Very unprofessional !

Paige Curtis: I scheduled back to back appointments for both of my kids a month and a half ago with Dr. Gonzales. They are new patients, so I was told that I would need to change the PCP on their insurance card to him. No problem. I went ahead and did that. Well now it is a week before the appointment and I called just to ask some general questions and the front desk girl was very rude and said that we were in fact not seeing Dr. Gonzales that we were seeing Dr. Brown and would need to change my kids insurance cards again to reflect Dr. Brown’s name. I explained the situation and the front desk girl would not let me get a word in and rudely said that if I didn’t get it changed that I would be called to reschedule their appointments. If it wasn’t for my daughter needing shots, we wouldn’t even be going next week. We will be going to the one appointment and never be back. Not a good first impression at all.
