5 /5 Theresa Shepherd: The care here has been good, all the nurses has been pretty nice. They always kept so nice and clean. The doctors are good although they could allow you time to ask more questions but they are good. The nurses are compassionate and most of them are sensitive to my needs. Laila was one of the really good ones that goes the extra mile and really sweet to me. I have enjoyed my stay so far

5 /5 Clara Martin: I offer 5 stars for Kindred Northwest Hospital and would give more if available. We have received excellent care from every discipline that has attended to my family members needs. Communication is great, service to call lights is prompt, scheduled treatments and interventions occur in a timely manner and when there is a delay, it is communicated and updated. Nursing care has been excellent on both day and night shift from both the licensed and non licensed staff. Thank you to all who continue to be involved with our needs!

5 /5 Sameria: Took very good care of my loved one, staff is very kind and attentive to our family’s needs. The facility was clean and housekeeping made regular rounds. Staff kept a strong line of communication and would check in our experience regularly. I strongly recommend this facility.

5 /5 Cynthia Martinez: During my stay at kindred it has been great the nurse that I Ive been having is Leila I think shes awesome shes always making sure I have everything I need always making sure Im okay the staff here is so so great but there could be some improvements which you know you can speak with someone about it and theyll work on it but I just want to put it out there that the nurse Leila is great and my stay here at kindred has been great. Housekeeping is good at cleaning the rooms my room was always nice and clean trash was always taken out even before the the trash was full the housekeeping staff always had a smile greeted me with the hello good morning and hello good evening in the afternoon when they would come they do come several times a day which is great because they make sure your room is nice and clean and there is never any trash on the floor theyre awesome. When I had wound care Monique was great at changing my bandage on my wound she made sure she didnt cause any more pain than what I was in she was gentle explained everything on what she was doing while cleaning my room which I thought was great.

5 /5 Gifted by London: This facility has been completely amazing I love and adore how they have taken care of my mother. I had a few bumps due to communication but after escalating things have always worked itself out. I am very proud to give this 5 stars wonderful facility and the teams truly specialize and are truly awesome
