1 /5 Lupita Hernandez: I’d like to express my concern about my recent experience. I made what I believe was a mistake in selecting the Kelsey Seybol medical plan, and I plan to change it soon. A month or two ago, I received a phone call informing me that I needed an ultrasound, but unfortunately, no appointments were available, and I was given a date for January 18, 2025. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was informed that I couldn’t be seen due to an expired order, which was quite frustrating. I had already taken time off work for this appointment, and now I find myself needing to miss additional time for a reschedule.
I was transferred to Dr. Irfan Mansuris office, but I encountered some difficulty with the nurses communication, as one of them transferred me to Radiology mid-conversation without explaining the situation. This has left me feeling quite frustrated, especially since it impacts my work hours. And, of course, no one took the time to apologize for this inconvenience. I believe better communication between the clinic staff and patients would be beneficial. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has made me reconsider my choice to remain a patient with them. I hope they pay attention to this matter because these type of situations are not fair for us patients
