5 /5 jamie alexander: My kids (now 5 and 7) have been seeing Dr. O’Carroll since they were babies. I’ve never been anything but satisfied with their care through all of their well-checks, illnesses, and my various concerns. The front staff, nurses, and PA are all friendly; special shout out to Nurse April! I appreciate that Dr. O’Carroll never seems rushed to get on to the next appointment. She always treats me and my children with respect and dignity. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a local pediatrician.

5 /5 Jamie Moore: Dr. Ocarroll and her staff are amazing. As a first time mother, they helped me through all my calls and questions. The front office and Shelby,RN have always been so kind and easy to bring up concerns. I absolutely recommend this group for a pediatrician.

5 /5 Alexandria Megan Schmid: I cannot say enough good things about Dr O’Carroll or her staff. Her front office staff is always very kind and patient. Her nurses go above and beyond, and are amazing with kids, grumpy old men (my husband) and overprotective moms (me). Dr Kelly is amazing. She’s incredibly incredibly smart, incredibly open minded, and explains the most complex things in a way that makes you feel informed, not talked down to.

1 /5 Tiffany Heiser: The front office staff and the nurse Shelby were wonderful and helpful. The rest of the visit was not so much. My child was never actually addressed even though he was the patient, our concerns as parents were not listened to and we were spoken over constantly. There was a pre-determined diagnosis chosen before the doctor even stepped through the dooor that was based on paperwork only. Not actually taking the time to hear what we, his parents had to say, or what my 10yr old child had to say about what he had been going through. We were all highly disappointed and plan on going elsewhere.

5 /5 Sabrina Long: Dr. Kelly O’Carroll is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to actually listen to you and she very trusting and caring. My entire family sees her as she is not only my internal medicine doctor but is a pediatrician as well. If you’re looking for a doctor she’s one of the best!
