1 /5 Cecilia Pineda: Worst pediatrician ever “Dr. Brittany Richardson-Canty” please keep your children away from this doctor. I went there yesterday 4/8/24 because my 6 year old has been having a cough for 3 weeks and a half this is week 4 cough keeps getting worse. After waiting for 2 hrs to be seen, I kept telling this doctor last time her cough lasted this long she ended up having strep throat, she said “ I’m not testing her for strep” she did not give me any reason to why she wasn’t testing her even after showing her a rash my daughter had she said “that’s dry skin” I kept observing her and it quick came to my mind this person is not knowledgeable at all as a doctor, she was so careless didn’t even check my daughter’s throat, she said “I’m sending her a medication but if I was you I wouldn’t give it to her because it causes night mares”, so why in the world would you send something like that to a 6 YO knowing it’s not good for her, I didn’t go there to get a prescription I went there for her to tell me what could this possibly be and test her for strep, I am not the doctor to be more knowledgeable than her. I did not even pick up the medication, I have a doctor friend and I sent her the name of that medication she asked me to please DO NOT GIVE THAT TO MY CHILD, she explained to me all of the horrible side effects she even asked me why would this “doctor” send her that. Same day I went to the ER with her, she tested positive for strep and had so much fluid on her lungs. I am completely upset I went to this doctor to spend money for absolutely nothing!! Please be your own advocate for your kids and get a second opinion always because of this horrible doctors is why kids die. This person should not hold a tittle as a “Doctor”

She took her time to learn more about my daughter by asking questions of interest to both of us. I would say it was brilliant , the first impression for me is very important . She was very educated, talkative, very nice, talented, it had been a long time since I had received such perfect attention in every way. Dr Carter is the perfect person.Thank you so much Dr Carter !!

And they wouldnt like to see any other doctor even she is not available. I really wish if we can easy appointment with Dr. Carter. We all simply love her for the care she takes. Thank you Dr. Carter for all the work you do.

E: My disappointment with the Veterans Affairs (VA) location that I recently visited. The staff at this location displayed a lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect for disabled veterans. The overall atmosphere of the location was old, dingy, dismissive, and rather standoffish. I hope that this issue will be addressed and that the VA will take steps to improve the quality of care and services provided to disabled veterans.

Raghda K. Elsayed: They are very not understanding. My daughter need an x-ray. I walked in with my 4.5 year old at 3:59. The lady told me it is already 4 pm. We can’t take her. I asked if she knows anyone else who will take an X-ray. She said no. I called to inform her that earlier HWY 6 had backed up traffic, and we will be possibly a minute late if not on time. They were literally moving a house, and I just picked up my child from school. But no empathy was shown or concern. Got the xray completed in minutes at AV imaging on 12920 Univ. Bulv. Suite 600. The office coordinator, was graceful. It was also a $50 copay. Texas Children’s does not care about children.

The staff here are pleasant. Everyone here is very supportive always willing to give a hand when needed. When I started my stay, I was not able to walk. Through my stay I have been able to improve my mobility and I feel more confident in performing activities of daily living.

K R: This was the first time we had to deliver at this hospital but the team we had made every thing easy for us. The drive was a killer but we knew this hospital had the best for what we needed. We loved the doctors, nurses, techs etc all of the people involved with us. Rooms were big, clean and spacious. They were very loving and caring with us regardless of how long their shift was. For the most part and for the main day of delivery, Truly enjoyed every interaction at this place. Side note, the parking; there’s one building that is easier to move around lol I can not remember which one it was

behtypa travel: A wonderful experience with this clinic and their staff and doctor Diana in particular. There are no lines or any excessive wait other than regular registration process. The visit was fast. Communication with the doctor (Mrs. Diana) is easy and to the point. Overall a great experience and another happy customer. Highly recommended as your go to therapist. AAA++++

St. Michaels Elite Hospital - Sugar Land

Felicia Bures: Such an amazing team at St. Michaels facility in Sugar Land for extraordinary care! My husband was seen early on Wednesday evening for an issue, for which he received immediate attention and diagnostics. The group is thorough beyond words, attentive in their care and very detailed in communicating results. They provided us with copies of his diagnostics along with a CD of one of the tests and instructions for post ER visit. We were sent home with a packet of information to give to our doctor, and their kindness is exceptional. And as always, they phoned 24 hours later to see how my husband was doing! The facility itself is absolutely spotless...we have been there multiple times but this is our first post to review and we are proud and happy to do so. Well deserved, St. Michaels, and a big THANK YOU!!!

B G: Absolutely deplorable experience. I am still at a loss for words by the unacceptable and abysmal treatment we received here today. We had an appointment to be seen at 1:30pm -- we arrived to the office at 1:17pm to find the office doors locked. Upon looking inside, at least three people could be seen sitting at the front desk. Just looking at us. There was NO sign on the door indicating why the door was closed or what time it would be opened. We thought maybe they were taking a late lunch, but NOT ONE person came to tell us (or the other few patients who were waiting outside} what time the office would re-open and we could be seen for our scheduled appointments. We called the number on the door three times until someone finally answered. We explained the dilemma, to which the woman who answered the phone replied: "thats not my problem." We were essentially forced to stand in the scorching heat until the employees decided to open the doors and let us into the office. When asked why there was no notice on the door, a staff member answered "I have worked here for 7 years and weve never done that." Scheduled to be seen for chronic and intense migraines, it was shocking to me that the woman at the front desk did not see anything wrong with their unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for their patients nor their patients conditions. She went on to completely ignore our grievance -- "well what are you here for?" she asked rudely. I was completely taken aback. Never have I been to a medical appointment and left with worse symptoms than when I arrived.... due to the staff and treatment! Very frustrating and incredibly disappointing.
