2 /5 Z Smith: I was hopeful walking into this salon, especially since the guy at the front desk was friendly and my prior experience was great. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience didn’t match that initial welcome. Unlike others around me, I wasn’t offered a beverage, and instead was pushed toward services I didn’t want—likely because they didn’t offer what I originally came in for.
The pedicure was rushed, and the technician seemed more focused on finishing quickly than doing a quality job. The manicure was even worse. I specifically asked for a clear base coat, and instead, my nails were left completely bare. The tech gave a half-hearted “thank you” and walked off without a word.
While I was still waiting for my toenails to dry, the tech that done my pedicure came over, slid my flip-flops on, and pretty much rushed me out before my toenails even dried
Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Disappointing from start to finish.
