2 /5 Ms. Duchaine “The Nomad”: From the beginning I showed them a picture asked them specifically can you do this. They said yes I said I want the same color everything. They said yes. Well theyre pretty and I do like them. But theyre not quite what I asked for. On top of that the items that they are using are not properly sanitized. They caused me pain multiple times so much so that at one point I pulled back. And then I was charged $50 when they said it would only be $45. Because the procedure was painful and it wasnt exactly what I asked for I was not anticipating on leaving a tip so because they overcharged me I said you can have that as your tip. I am a traveler and I do not recommend this place.
Response to the owner bc apparently I cant reply to your comment. Other people have nothing to do with this bad experience. Theres also many good reviews. Overcharging is never fine but the way it works with a credit machine isnt worth my time. Your tools come out of a dusty box. Most certainly are not properly sanitized. But its not about your dirty tools its about saying you can do a design and then not doing it corretly. The picture was right there. There is no excuse for failing to tell me that you didnt have the resources to replicate the request. Since Im here Im going to have to get them redone because of the ledge that wasnt properly sanded down. Its driving me crazy
