2 /5 Beccah Rainey: Just moved to the area and wanted to try a new salon. I had a male tech, which is not an issue at all, but he was very rough on my nails. He buffed and filed them very harshly, to the point of that they started to lift just a few days after getting them done. The shape of the nails were inconsistent too. I had to fix an especially crooked one when I got home. Now I’m experiencing a lot of pain and terrible snagging because the dip was too far back. Everyone was really nice, and I loved the color, I just didn’t have a great experience. I may try again, but I definitely won’t be using the same tech.

Ainslee Walters: I used to have a good review of this place up. But I went yesterday to get my nails taken off. I had to get them removed way sooner than I wanted to because after only 2 weeks my nails were lifting and getting stuck in my hair. It cost $14 to get my nails OFF. Absolutely ridiculous! Especially when there’s bad service and the guy hurts me taking them off. I won’t be returning. My recommendation is get press ons or drive to Denton.

I just went back for my 6 week filler appointment for my tattoo eyebrows. I have never gotten any tattoos before and I am extremely happy with the results. Alex Sweet treated me very professionally and kept me at ease. The touch up was painless and the results are outstanding. They look very natural with a great shape and color. I highly recommend Alex Sweet to do your micro blading. Thank you for the great experience.

Amanda King: I come to here all the time and usually their services are really good! But my last two experiences have been really bad. I got a fill where you could see the red color I had before so I called in to get it fixed. Since that had been my third fill to fix it I asked for him to take it off because I didn’t want a fourth fill on top of my nails and I wouldn’t have had another fill if he had done it right when I went in for the fill. Since I usually have a good experience I asked for a design on top of him fixing it, well aware that I was gonna pay for the design. At the end of the service he ended up charging me 45 dollars for a new set, which was just the fill. I explained the situation three different times, saying that I came in for a fix and shouldn’t have to pay for what he had done wrong. They kept arguing with me and at the end of everything I ended up paying for the design and a full new set. Extremely disappointed. I used to go twice a month to get full set and a pedicure and now I don’t think I’ll be back.
