Celine Chabolla: Its best if you know spanish there are only a few that are biligual. Im mostly satisfied with the cut but it was exactly what i asked for. Other than thatn music in background was good, not to loud. Clean with good lighting. Friendly and not to chatty.
Nancy Aguila: I had a wonderful experience here overall. overall. The massage was fantastic, and the hair wash was equally amazing. The lady who did the hair wash was incredibly sweet and gentle at first, which I really appreciated.
However, towards the end, things took a turn. As the closing time approached, it felt like they were rushing. Another worker joined in, and unfortunately, the brushing became quite aggressive. I had expressed my discomfort multiple times, but it my concerns were overlooked. Brushing wet hair can lead to breakage, and I wish they had approached it more gently.
I lost a significant amount of hair during the process, which is particularly upsetting since Iāve been growing it out for years. In the end, the lady who had been so kind during the wash handed me the brush to finish, as I was in pain.
I truly hope they can consider a more careful approach to hair care in the future. It would make a big difference for clients like me who want to enjoy their experience without worrying about hair damage.

Christina Segura: Went to dye my hair and get a trim 1/2 inch lady cut at least 2 inches of hair with uneven layers and left the dye on so long my hair was fried this was my first time dying my hair and my hair was very healthy and thick. I understand your gets damaged after but it was gummy. I had to go somewhere else for hair treatments.
Meg Milosevich: Iāve been seeing Britteny at ERA salon for a few years now, and sheās not only an absolute sweetheart and joy to hang out with during our long appointment times, but sheās an amazing hairstylist. Iām not the most adventurous with my hair, being a brunette and wanting to stay within the brunette range, while still having fun with highlights and different tones and Britteny nails it every time. She can make you a gorgeous Dallas blonde or a unique color queen so I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs! Based on the relationships I see amongst the stylists at ERA, Iām sure you canāt go wrong with anyone at the salon if Britteny is booked :) Iām happy to have found this salon many years ago and will drive back to see Britteny if I ever move!
