1 /5 Nancy Aguila: I had a wonderful experience here overall. overall. The massage was fantastic, and the hair wash was equally amazing. The lady who did the hair wash was incredibly sweet and gentle at first, which I really appreciated.
However, towards the end, things took a turn. As the closing time approached, it felt like they were rushing. Another worker joined in, and unfortunately, the brushing became quite aggressive. I had expressed my discomfort multiple times, but it my concerns were overlooked. Brushing wet hair can lead to breakage, and I wish they had approached it more gently.
I lost a significant amount of hair during the process, which is particularly upsetting since I’ve been growing it out for years. In the end, the lady who had been so kind during the wash handed me the brush to finish, as I was in pain.
I truly hope they can consider a more careful approach to hair care in the future. It would make a big difference for clients like me who want to enjoy their experience without worrying about hair damage.
