Paloma Sosa I entered their salon with mid-back length hair that was a full solid length. Unfortunately, I left with a botched haircut that resembles a mushroom on my head with a rat’s tail or mullet. It’s deeply upsetting that my hair had grown so much when I went in, and now I’m forced to find a salon to rectify their mistake. Not only is it costing more than the initial cut, but I also have to dye my hair for blending purposes as I don’t want to lose anymore length and purchase new hair products for growth. It feels like I’m starting all over again.

Sandra Chavarria I’ve been going to Lilian’s Salon de Belleza since 2008 and they never disappoint! Best service ever and the nicest hairstylist!

Abdellah B Few guys here without licensee, beside it is illegal to cut hair without license, it’s hard to communicate if you don’t speak Spanish, I really had no choice to go there at first not knowing the outcome. I do-not recommend this place at all. I complained to the manager and he didn’t not understand what I was saying and kept saying 14$ is your total. I will be contacting authorities to have them fined for letting unlicensed people mess with customers hair

Allen Dominguez It was my first time at Mayra’s, and I’ll definitely be back. The team was super sweet, and my butterfly haircut looks amazing—they even styled it after. It’s a small, cozy spot, and while I hoped to keep a bit more length, I’m still really happy with the result. Highly recommend!

Celine Chabolla Its best if you know spanish there are only a few that are biligual. Im mostly satisfied with the cut but it was exactly what i asked for. Other than thatn music in background was good, not to loud. Clean with good lighting. Friendly and not to chatty.

Fernanda So I came to this place to have my hair dyed in a brownish grayish color BUT the guy that did my hair, nuh uh. When he finished, you could barely see the work he did. You can only see the color in the sun. It looked fadely red when I asked for a light brown AND I JAD MULTIPLE PICTURE REFERENCES. I called the next day and they said that the picture I showed that he couldnt see the color. The owner told me she could personally redo my hair but would have to charge me again because of bleach. I will only go to this place for a haircut and ONLY with Norma. She cuts hair REAL good. Nothing else. If you want to dye your hair go somewhere else.

Kris Harvey Village on the Green Apts are very modern and safe! I love the living quarters, from the sizes of the living and bedrooms! This is a lovely and comfortable place to reside! And with the convenience of having a Big Shopping Mall in walking distance, Hair Salon, and Nail Salon, Drug Store! Totally Awesome!!!

Zarna Bambhroliya For someone having a short haircut for the first time. I was too nervous about it. She made me very comfortable and gave a beautiful haircut that too very quickly. It was my first time at this salon as well but worth ht money. Recommending 100%

Lily Benton Yana is an absolute life saver. My hair was destroyed by other hair stylists and im talking $500+ hair salons that were no match for this gem near Addison, TX. You will NEVER find a better hair color specialist. She is a perfectionist and has her own beauty product line that is AMAZING! Meredith Bussell I loved working with Brite Beauty for my wedding day! Daisy did my makeup and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to; natural and glowing. I felt glamorous and still looked like myself. Im half Hispanic so I wanted an artist that could work well with my skin tone. Daisy was AMAZING! Des did my bridesmaids makeup and Elizabeth did my bridesmaids hair and everyone loved the experience! I was so impressed that they managed to finish early while still giving every bridesmaid plenty of attention and creating everyones desired look. Brite beauty was professional and took the stress off the wedding morning schedule!

Erica Handley Veronica helped me get to the color and dimension I was looking for my wedding. She really takes into account the health of your hair. With my natural darker brown hair, I’ve had times when getting blonde in my hair it was just breaking off and short lived. I also got a halo extension for my wedding to give me the little extra confidence and she matched the color perfectly! She is magical and highly recommend.

Lauren T My family has been going to Emma for many months now. She’s fantastic at eyebrow threading! My husband even gets his done every few weeks with me. Her salon is so nice and she allows kids to come as well. My kids adore her! She has done haircuts for all of us and is fantastic at matching inspiration photos for hair color and cuts!

Robert Zuniga Ive been coming to Emma for the last 3 years. She is a very kind, professional who listens to how you want your haircut and does an excellent job when cutting my hair. Martha Green I’ve been coming to Emma for a few years now. She is one of the most friendly and professional hairstylist that I’ve ever used. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Tricia Galvez I went today after I took my mom, they did such a great job so I was like okay let me give them a shot. I grew my hair out for two years for the stylist to ruin it. She cut it so short, Im beyond mortified. I understand that the haircut will never look exactky like the picture but damn she just mutilated my hair. I walked to my car in tears. Never again.

Julio Hernandez Im being completely honest with my review. I recently wanted to cut my hair which Ive been looking forward to and that I have been growing out for about 3 months for a particular hairstyle. When I arrived there I asked for a low fade but was disappointed when she ended up giving me an exaggerated high fade which completely ruined the hairstyle I was looking for, which really made me upset. I would not recommend this place at all if you have your hopes up. Apparently they dont know a LOW fade from a HIGH fade? Completely unprofessional.

CecyThatsMe Carmen was amazing, she fixed the layers in my hair. She is and expert. I have corse wavy hair. She strengthen my hair and carefully evened out my layers and reframed my face layers. There are few stylist that do “dry hair cuts” she is one of them. They also have a line of hair care. If you get a hair cut I also recommend the hair care products instead of supporting large chain product l, support local business and they also have a vegan and cruelty free/ color safe hair. I am so glad I stopped by today. My confidence is back!!!

Maddie Martinez Have been coming here for over ten years to get my haircut. I will even go without a haircut until I have time to stop by this salon. Ignore “poor service” reviews. Just set your expectations. The salon is pretty straightforward. You walk in and speak to the woman behind the counter and let her know what you need, and then you wait until a stylist is available. This salon is authentic and simple with 100% great pricing. You will not be disappointed with your haircut.

Yes It’s Dani Been coming here for at least 25 years for my haircuts. Martha and Mary do a wonderful job and the services are priced very reasonably. I don’t even live in Dallas anymore but will still drive out for haircuts! I don’t trust anyone but them to do my hair

Dustin Pressley What can I say expect, I am home. This is my 3rd suite in my career and my 3rd salon in Dallas. 3rd time is the charm! I have found my forever location! Location is GREAT! The atmosphere is amazing! On the day that I moved in everyone stopped by my room to introduce themselves and chat with me about how long I’ve been in the industry what do I do etc. etc. I truly felt like part of a community from day one! 10 out of 10 recommend!!! The security here is also top notch! Not to mention the parking garage that me and my my clients love!

Meg Milosevich I’ve been seeing Britteny at ERA salon for a few years now, and she’s not only an absolute sweetheart and joy to hang out with during our long appointment times, but she’s an amazing hairstylist. I’m not the most adventurous with my hair, being a brunette and wanting to stay within the brunette range, while still having fun with highlights and different tones and Britteny nails it every time. She can make you a gorgeous Dallas blonde or a unique color queen so I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs! Based on the relationships I see amongst the stylists at ERA, I’m sure you can’t go wrong with anyone at the salon if Britteny is booked :) I’m happy to have found this salon many years ago and will drive back to see Britteny if I ever move!
