5 /5 Maggien Bagwell: I honestly cannot say enough GREAT things about Jewel & the girls at JT Hair Studio! I have very thin, fine hair and went to see Jewel looking for a confidence boost. When I say Jewel is an absolute magician, I mean it! I have never loved my hair more and her work always gives me the confidence boost I need! ALL of the staff is super sweet and helpful. If you are looking for a new salon, I absolutely recommend going to see Jewel and the girls at JT!

1 /5 Nicole Archual: Do not use this salon for extensions. Used Andrea M. Paid a total of $2300. $1300 for Bellami infinity wefts and $1000 for install. Hair was uneven and bead technique was poor. After a few days, wefts were coming loose. Andrea had me come back in and "fix" the issues. However, after less than 2 weeks after that, beads were falling out and hair was barely secured. I went back in and she stated this was "normal hair growth." In total, the extensions were in 3 weeks when this photo was taken. I requested a refund after giving her several opportunities to correct the install to which she replied "all sales are final." I tried to find a solution with the owner Jewel, but even after admitting that this was Andreas first time installing these extensions, she couldnt provide an adequate solution. I went to another salon and had a different stylist look at them and she was horrified by Andreas technique. She removed the extensions and re-installed them. I havent had any issues since, and wefts are still very secure. JT Hair salon promotes a "luxurious experience," instead I wasted $1,000 for extension install that didnt even last 3 weeks due to poor technique and lack of experience. I was left completely mortified.

We have always been completely happy with the services we have received with her beginning July 2019, and since becoming an owner shortly after that, her services have only gotten better! My daughter gets hair cuts and now gets toner to darken underneath and it is stunning! I have gotten everything from cuts, color, highlights, Brazillian blowouts, hand tied extensions, wefts, and now tape in extensions, and I cant tell you how happy I am every 5 weeks when I go into the salon! I love HAIR day! Teresa always recommends what is best for my hair and my daughters too. Jewel & the other staff at the salon are bright and cheerful and they too want what is best for their clients and their hair. If you are looking for a wonderful, modern, stylish salon that you can feel great about yourself when they are done with your hair...JT Hair Studio is the place to go:-)

My daughter got her hair trimmed my Haylei who did an amazing job! They offered beverages and snacks! Everyone there were super sweet. I sat by the window and I can NOT imagine sitting there in the heat of the summer because my arms were on fire and it was only 77 degrees outside and 3:30pm. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 ⭐️. Other than that, great work!

Shama Ali: This was my first time visiting this salon, and I booked an appointment with an Artistic Director for balayage. After the initial color treatment, the results were barely noticeable, so I rescheduled another appointment for the following day to have it fixed. During the second attempt, the color on the back turned out well, but the front remained too dark with an orange-red tint. I only realized this when I stepped outside into natural light. My hair color looked uneven, so I went back to the salon to discuss the issue with the colorist. The colorist seemed unsure about how to correct it and kept asking other stylists for advice. Time was limited for her. She had other clients coming in for their appointments even then she tried to fix it by reapplying the bleach to my front hair again for the third time, but I stopped her because I didnt want to damage my hair so I suggested that she reapply toner instead, hoping it would reduce the brassy tones. I mentioned to her that a similar situation had been fixed with toner in the past. After she reapplied the toner, I was so exhausted that I left the salon without drying my hair. When I got home and checked my hair, it looked terrible. Im really upset and feel like crying. The colorist was a nice lady she tried her best, but I wish I had gone to a professional who knows how to color dark hair and who has advanced color correction skills. Now Ill have to go to another Salon and spend more money to get it fixed.
