    Shivam Patel: Avoid this shop at all costs. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a two-week ordeal. The shop doesnt have its own mechanics—they contract everything out—and unfortunately, the manager has no control over when (or if) those mechanics actually show up. I was repeatedly told, “The mechanic is on the way,” only for no one to ever arrive. It felt like a constant cycle of empty promises and zero accountability. If you value your time or need your vehicle back in a reasonable timeframe, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
