JBJ Poultry: Excellent service !! 5 stars. Had an alignment done on the front end of my vehicle. Fast, efficient at a very reasonable cost. I was provided in detail the problem, what caused it and shown in detail how it was fixed. Super nice people, easy to work with. Highly recommended ! Thanks we will be back with any future vehicle issues. Brian & Jerri

Kimberly Stephens: I went to my local dealership to got a quote for a thermostat for $700. I went to this location because I remember how he took care of me when I stopped for an oil change one morning. He quoted me a better price and I got my brakes done plus an oil change. I love the customer service and how he takes care of his customers. He remembered me and that meant a lot to me. I love the feel of importance and being catered to. Thank you again

Shawnese: I will never take my business to this place again. They possibly saw a woman coming and thought I was "clueless". My daughters car was squealing when started. I assumed it was the serpentine belt. The guy at the front desk said it could be that multiple belts could need replacing. He quoted me $275 including diagnostic, if it was the serpentine belt. I also asked a quote for wiper replacement. He said $45. The mechanic was nice & seemed honest when he did a quick check & told us that all the belts were pretty much new. He thought only some tightening was needed, which he did some adjustments while we were standing there. He wanted to keep the car a few hours & see if it made the noise. When I went to pick up the car, I was told I owed $391! He told me that the mechanic had to tighten some things around the belts. When I asked if he had to remove any parts to make the adjustments, he said no & his explanation made no since. Then he states that he would adjust the cost & took it down to $300, still didnt make sense. On the invoice I was charged $90 for them replacing the wipers! ($15 per wiper & $30 a piece for each one) I was also charged $135 for an hour of labor, when he made the adjustments while we were standing there in about 10 or 15 minutes max. The front desk guy continues to make excuses about tariffs & how much a dealership would charge. It is sad. How do people sleep at night??

Christian Brothers Automotive Temple - Temple
Isaiah Shean: Was living in Temple for a year while mobilized for the military. As a service advisor/auto tech on the civilian side of my life, it is very hard to trust another shop that is not my own that I work for. I tried one place prior to Christian Brothers and was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The next and only shop I used the rest of the year I was here was this Christian Brother facility. My first interaction was with Spencer up front and to be honest he reminded me a bit of myself when it came to customer service. They always got me right in, Spencer and the other guys up front were always kind, I never had drips after having the oil changed, knowing the position I was in they never tried to sell me any unnecessary things. I always left feeling like they did a good job and I never had to worry. Appreciate the assistance, and was glad I didn’t have to worry about changing my own oil while I was down here. Thank you! If I’m ever back this way, this is where I’ll go.
    Gerardo Auto Repair - Temple
Mr Oldhat: Definitely recommend this place. Owner took less than a minute to determine my problem and it was fixed the next day much cheaper than expected. Car sounds like new. FYI. CASH ONLY. N
    Adrians Garage - Temple
Peoples Champ III: You should really avoid this place because they overcharge and will try to nickel and dime you. And their communication is poor. I was quoted $500 to replace my alternator. I asked them to also replace the belt for the alternator and while it was in the shop to do an oil change. When I went to pick up the car my bill was $900. They charged me $155 for an oil change. My car is a 4 cylinder and only holds four and a half quarts of oil thats an absolute rip-off. They charged me for replacing ALL of my belts when I specifically said to just change the alternator belt. They charged me for washer fluid that I didnt ask for as well. Unless you have money to waste and enjoy getting ripped off. I would find a different place to get your car worked on. I will never take my cars here again.
    The Car Shop - Temple
Jimmy Van: Nothing but GREAT things to say. Knowledgable staff, great price and they get you on schedule. I had my 72 Chevy with issues that I wanted addressed. Neil and Dustin went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for everything.
