Jo Aragon BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! THE SHOP DEVALUED AND REUINED MY TRUCK!!!!!!! The shop had my truck a year and drove our truck over 1000 miles. Employees phones were connected to the Bluetooth, personal items (mail etc..) were in the truck, all paperwork was out of the glove department, the owner manual was gone, coffee spilled all over the truck. The ceiling fabric and the speakers are falling out of the ceiling, the catalytic converter was stolen out of the truck, all the high-end parts out of the truck are gone, right down to the mud flaps. LIST OF FRAUD AND SUBSTANDARD REPAIRS! 1. The front body panel gaps were misaligned due to impact. This vehicle needed to be set up, gauged, and squared to specifications. 2. The left rocker panel was not replaced as per the Gewico estimate and was compromised by substandard repair. 3. Without using gauges I could see the front wheels had an extensive amount of negative camber. Thats where the top of the tires tower inward at the top. 4. The left front upper suspension trailering arm was bent and all bushings were damaged. 5. The center steering arm was bent. 6. The left front tire rod is broken and clamp loose. Dangerous situation!! 7. The front differential housing was not replaced as per the Geico estimate and is damaged. 8. The rear axle assembly looks to be out of alignment. It has a severe pull to the right and a bump steer to the right. Bumper steer is where the front suspension components are bent and when you hit a bump the vehicle darts right or left. Paint has runs and overspray all over. Painted over the lights. This vehicle is dangerous and should not have been allowed to drive 1300 miles from Texas to California where we live. My husband drove to Texas 3 times after Mr Cambell told him his truck was fixed. The last trip was 6 weeks of going between Geico and the shop with no help. The shop wouldnt give any paperwork. Save yourself do not go to this shop!!!

C Hunt 10/10 shop. I had to get my ENTIRE car done from hail damage and the staff at E&E are absolutely phenomenal. Brooke had to call so many places since Toyota had a shortage of parts but man her communication with me was superb! guys at the shop were all nice too. vwjunkiegt Had a belt separation/blowout On my left rear on the freeway and limped it off the road to a safe parking lot. Called Custom Roadside Services and Will was sent out to help me change my tire. My scissor jack would not lift my fully loaded truck, but Will had every tool that was needed to change out my blown out tire for my spare and get me back on the road again. Timmy Honestly, words cannot express how pleased and happy about this place!!!!!! I scheduled my truck for tint and a brow last Saturday and it was completed exactly when they said it would be and turned out amazing!!!!!!!! And it was cheaper than I thought it would cost!!!!!! I again called just this week to have a brow installed on another one of my vehicles for today, and again they made it happen on time and with absolutely amazing results. I informed them today that I will be scheduling my company truck for tint in the next few weeks as well, and I know the results will be just as amazing as my own vehicles. Glenn Johnson Daughter was in a car accident and Cortez was recommended to us. They did very good work and very quick turnaround. They would’ve gotten 5 stars but went to get the car and pay the deductible with a credit card but they charge a 3% convenience fee…$30 on $1,000 seems a bit excessive to me. So I had to go back home to get my check book.

Pamela Lingenfelter Two stars is only justified because of the front office personnel. They were professional and courteous. However, my graciousness ends there. I took my vehicle in On July 21, 2017 to have a SRT hood fitted and painted. They returned my vehicle on the 28th of July. I keep it for the weekend and returned it that following Monday. The gaps and lines were off, the sprayer nozzles were popping out, edges were not painted, runs in the paint and it was apparently not block sanded. I explained my concerns and even offer to pay another $250 to ensure proper completion of the hood on top of the $500. I left it with them on July 31st with a list of items I wanted fixed and even the manufacturers painting recommendations . A couple weeks later I return to pick up my vehicle. To my dismay I immediately noticed several issues. I paid for blended fenders but there was again runs in the paint. The spray nozzles were still not seated correctly and pop out with vibration. In addition, an epoxy like substance was on the roof of the vehicle, the paint was flaking off in a couple locations. and area near the intake was bubbled up, a 4 inch long split in the filler was clearly visible, the gap on the passenger side was 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch, the hood sat to high. While they said "if your not happy with anything please lets us take care of it now", I was not about to leave my vehicle there for another month. If they were not able to complete the task within 3 weeks and 2 attempts I was not ready for a continuous cycle of substandard work. When I got in my vehicle a couple of my preset radio channels had been changed. Also, it was apparent the windows were down because dust was everywhere. Hand prints were on the steering wheel and door panel. My engine compartment is dressed up. Once returned the engine compartment with covered in a fine white powder. Pictures have been provided for reference.

Brian Griswold Terrible. Walked in for a travel trailer inspection, the guy was rude because I blocked his driveway when there is no real signage. Told me they’d see me, waited 30 min then left without anybody saying a word. Was recommended here by Sunbelt RV. Already called sunbelt and told them not to recommend anyone there anymore.
