1 /5 Amanda King: I come to here all the time and usually their services are really good! But my last two experiences have been really bad. I got a fill where you could see the red color I had before so I called in to get it fixed. Since that had been my third fill to fix it I asked for him to take it off because I didn’t want a fourth fill on top of my nails and I wouldn’t have had another fill if he had done it right when I went in for the fill. Since I usually have a good experience I asked for a design on top of him fixing it, well aware that I was gonna pay for the design. At the end of the service he ended up charging me 45 dollars for a new set, which was just the fill. I explained the situation three different times, saying that I came in for a fix and shouldn’t have to pay for what he had done wrong. They kept arguing with me and at the end of everything I ended up paying for the design and a full new set. Extremely disappointed. I used to go twice a month to get full set and a pedicure and now I don’t think I’ll be back.
