    Mary Shultz: Nici is incredible! I moved to Frisco a few years ago and needed to find a new nail tech. I wanted someone who could do a great job and would also be willing to get creative with me on my nail art! She is a match made in heaven! Fantastic service, has a standard for quality (ladies she wont have you leaving the shop with funky looking nails like some techs do) and is so approachable. It feels like she has every nail color imaginable and is always expanding as new collections come out. Im pretty introverted and Nici is so easy to talk to it makes appointments fly by! The personal salon suite is also nice. You get 1:1 time in a quiet place rather than a crowded room with dozens of other conversations. She really takes pride in her work and I cant recommend her enough.

    Irfan Rabbani: I truly appreciate the excellent ambiance, as well as the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. The setting was relaxing, and the service was conducted with care. However, I was not particularly impressed with the actual facial massage provided. A proper facial massage involves more than just applying a facial scrub and using a hot towel. While those are standard steps, a comprehensive facial treatment should also include: • Deep Massage Strokes: Targeted pressure techniques to stimulate circulation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance skin elasticity. • Thorough Exfoliation: A well-executed exfoliation process to remove dead skin cells, refine texture, and promote skin renewal. • Effective Extraction: Proper removal of whiteheads and blackheads, which is essential for a deep-cleansing facial experience. Men’s facial massages require specialized attention, considering factors such as thicker skin, increased oil production, and potential issues like ingrown hairs. A refined technique incorporating these elements would have made the session much more effective and satisfying. I would love to see an improved approach that aligns with a more complete facial massage experience. Looking forward to trying the service again if these refinements are considered

    Joscelyn Alvizo: Absolutely love this place! Every time Ive come has been amazing, they take care of you and listen to what you request. Kami did these incredible nails today, shes just phenomenal! I wish I would have taken a photo of the set prior, cause it was also a bombshell. Danny is SUPERB & gave the best pedicure Ive had in a while. Cant wait to come back and see them both!

    B WC: I have been coming to this salon for at least 6 7 years. Cindy and her mother and everyone is so nice and accommodating. Mani pedis and if there is ever an issue they fix it without charge like if a nail breaks. Today I had a eyelash fill and as always they surpassed my expectations!

    Louise Ndowo: Went in for a gel mani & pedi a few days ago. Very disappointed at the service and quality of work. They started my pedi but never asked me what kind of pedi I needed. They just proceeded to give me a very basic pedi yet I had come in ready for a luxurious one. It had been a while. My mani was rushed, cuticles barely done. They did not offer anything to drink at all. The entire service took me about 30-35mins. 4 days later the gel on my nails is already chipping!! They just lost themselves a potential customer.

    Kennedy McCoin: Fantastic experience! I’ve tried a lot of nearby nail salons and was really impressed with this one. Happy to have a great option for my nails! Wonderful modern interior with plenty of TVs. Helpful manager who totally understood what I wanted on my nails. I appreciated that she came by regularly to check in and make sure everything was being done correctly. Tons of drink options as well. The staff did a great job on Gel X manicure and pedicure - perfect amount of time and massage. No trimming that hurt. I also saw them fully sanitizing the massage chairs and bowls in between clients. So excited to come back. Thank you!!!!

Her studio is so lovely and clean and clean loved how private and relaxing it was. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be back.
