1 /5 Kimberly Reynolds: Awful experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone. Terrible communication, I called with no answer so I left a voicemail with no call back after a week so I had my dad call and again no answer. Never returned my voicemail or multiple calls for an update on the car. It got to the point I thought my car was stolen or I was being ripped off by how long it was taking/ reading all the reviews and not having the same experience with the communication. My car (brand new only 11 months driven) came back with scratches that weren’t there when I dropped it off and paint missing that was supposed to be fixed. My sunroof had to be replaced and now makes a weird sound when you open/close it, which wasn’t an issue before. The hood of my car isn’t aligned, one side has a wider opening than the other, which wasn’t an issue when I dropped it off either. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with a body shop.
