Complete Healthcare Services - Jasper Sandy Masters: I have been bringing my mother in law to this clinic for 2 years now and honestly it has never been one to answer phone calls or even return calls. Dee Watson was her np and was very compassionate and would call to see on my mil after she tested positive for covid once. But since having to see a different np my mils follow up appointments are nothing short of a half a days wait. We will be finding another pcp that actually cares about their patients and their time as well.
CHRISTUS Southeast Texas - Jasper Memorial - Emergency Room - Jasper Morgan Reese: This hospital sucked, they waited 12 hours to give my son an iv, that’s all he needed as he was very dehydrated from throwing up. When asked questions they were rude and we sat away from the rest of the waiting area so I’m pretty sure they forgot about us. It was only until my husband threatened to leave did they help.
Jasper Diagnostic Clinic - Jasper Teresa Thompson: Dr.Singh has been very helpful for my Mom and Husband. Very thorough and can be reach at all hours. The staff is very friendly and reliable. My husband and Mother has been seeing Dr. Singh since 2016. He has two nurses Mrs. Yolanda and Mrs. Tina that has been with him for many many years. The office is always neat, never have to wait in the waiting room to be called to the back. Dr. Singh and his staff treat us like family.
CHRISTUS Southeast Texas - Jasper Memorial - Jasper Jerry: I’ve had good and bad experiences at this ER. A few weeks ago I came to the ER for shortness of breath. Within 5 min of arriving I went into cardiac arrest, the nurses and Dr performed CPR and were able to revive me. I was placed on a ventilator and transferred to a higher level of care. It’s the job of the small hospitals like this one to treat life threats, stabilize and transfer to appropriate facilities and that’s exactly what they did. I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for their life saving actions and the grace of God. I am forever grateful.
