They seem to care about the pattron and want them as comfortable as possible. I will be sending anyone I know to the shop and I will definitely be coming back.

I called the manager to let her know that I would be arriving to the shop 10 minutes before closing and they allowed me in with no hesitation. Great people. You can tell they care about their work and the relationships they build with their customers. 10 out of 10

No one bothered to tell me it was going to cost $61. By the time I was done, I’d paid $61 for a basic French tip and pedicure, with the only upgrade being a sparkly finish on the tips. The service itself was fine, but it took forever, and the lack of pricing transparency? Honestly, it was shocking and downright disappointing.

I was asked about my experience, and the lady said she could see it on the video. She offered a refund, in which I declined because their products were still used. I told her I would give them another try at a later date because I wasn’t in need of anything. Today I came back. I scheduled an appointment- and man the service was great. Much better. I understand places have bad days for whatever reason. They gave me the best pedicure I think Ive ever had, and the pedicure I assume people always rave about. Multiple colleagues use them and were shocked by my experience. I’m very glad I gave them another try. Their massage chairs are the best in the area too!
