2 /5 Aijeleth Johnson: I walked into this nail salon and was initially impressed by the decor, but the vibe? Totally unwelcoming. I sat down for my pedicure, and guess what? No one bothered to tell me it was going to cost $61. By the time I was done, I’d paid $61 for a basic French tip and pedicure, with the only upgrade being a sparkly finish on the tips. The service itself was fine, but it took forever, and the lack of pricing transparency? Honestly, it was shocking and downright disappointing.

1 /5 Shai Morris: DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE service. You wait an hour or more if you’re a walk in usually. And even if you make an appointment they will seat walk-ins before you and you end up waiting an hour too. No apologies, terrible costumer service. EDITED: In response to the Lees (the owner) response on this review: I DID talk to you about it while I was there, so you could fix it, Lee. Youre response to me was "Ill get to you". You were very rude. A walk-in was sat before me even though I had an appointment. I waited 45 minutes before deciding to leave. My appointment was at 5, I showed up at 4:50 and she started the other womens nails at 5:05. I will NEVER be back. (This isnt the first time this has happened btw)

1 /5 Laurie Hinds: Absolutely the worst salon. I took my granddaughter in for a mani/pedi and paid $71 for gel polish for her so it would last. The rude man said she didn’t need it bc she was so young. I understand gel vs regular polish. I paid the cost. That was Sunday afternoon…… it all came off last night while she was taking a bath. I have had my nails done hope 30 years and always get gel. It has never just popped off. Do not use this salon. Extremely rude owner.

1 /5 Janice Holt: Not happy at all. She did not listen to me. I wanted dip and she was like oh no acrylic much better for French. Waaaay too thick. Waste of my money. Nails are too expensive to waste my money! Went to Lavish nail spa and Ivy did a great job and listened to me.

1 /5 Melissa Reynolds: I bought my mother n law a gift card for a pedi. She picked a $41 package because her gift card was for $50. The older woman who did her pedicure cut her toe and the toe would not stop bleeding. The lady never said anything like that she was sorry about that. My mother n law said toe wouldnt stop bleeding and they had to re paint the toe due to bleeding. After pedi she went to pay. She had 2 gift cards. One with $3 left on it and the $50 one. The man at front said it was $56 even tho it was supposed to be $41. He was rude when she pointed out on the sheet which pedi she got. Still said it was $56. She gave him the $3 card first and then he told her the balance was $53. She tried to give the $50 card and he was so put out, rolling his eyes, and appeared mad that she was paying with gift card. Then proceeded to tell her she couldnt use 2 gift cards. My mother n law who is on limited income, had to pay for the pedi that was supposed to be a gift. I will NEVER go there or purchase another gift card there again. Rude people and old people that dont need to be doing nails anymore.
