5 /5 Mirage Humphrey: I originally posted about a “Not so great experience” at Tams. I was reached out to via a phone call/text messages. I was asked about my experience, and the lady said she could see it on the video. She offered a refund, in which I declined because their products were still used. I told her I would give them another try at a later date because I wasn’t in need of anything. Today I came back. I scheduled an appointment- and man the service was great. Much better. I understand places have bad days for whatever reason. They gave me the best pedicure I think Ive ever had, and the pedicure I assume people always rave about. Multiple colleagues use them and were shocked by my experience. I’m very glad I gave them another try. Their massage chairs are the best in the area too!

5 /5 Taylor Barnes: I love coming to Tam’s. The studio is always clean, has an upscale fun style that keeps up with newest and trending nails styles/fashion. Besides the immaculate vibes set by the music and atmosphere there is one main reason I come to Tam’s, for Jenny. Jenny has made me love getting my nails done again. What once was a chore, I now look forward to getting my nails done each time. She is clean, kind, gentle, stylish and professional. Jenny listens to you, she actually wants to and encourages you to do fun and new designs. My first set from her lasted 5 weeks! Not a single nail was broken or lifted. I drive over an hour one way just for Jenny to do my nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Jenny is by far the best nail technician I have ever come across. 10 star rating. Best place in east Texas to get your nails and toes done.
