5 /5 S B: Tried this place for the first time and it was fantastic! Their customer service is excellent, they let me know they truly cared that I had a quality experience and asked me several times about my comfort level, water temperature, if I needed a beverage, needed to use the restroom, etc. I got a paraffin pedi and dip nails and I’m very happy with the quality! And to top it off, their prices are very fair and they are cheaper than several other places I’ve tried in New Braunfels, but the service at those other places did not compare. I highly recommend trying J Nails and Lashes!
