They identified our issue worked with us decision to repair or not and completed everything as required to get us back up and running again. Thanks for the hard work and honesty. Sadly Wichita Falls has many mechanics and shops where honesty and quality work are just buzz words. The import shop is a quality shop and the owner believes in being straightforward with everyone. Thanks again guys!!!

His work has always been excellent and his prices fair. Ive spoken with other mechanics and they all tell me Im in great hands with Paul. One of the gems of Wichita Falls.

5 /5 Allen: I was in town for business and called the Import Shop thinking I needed a rear control arm for my Volvo because of tire wear and vibration. The gentleman who greeted me looked at the car, checked a few things and told me to get a new tire and get the tires re balanced. I truly appreciated the honesty. He could have told me I needed something replaced and worked on the car, but he didn’t. Stand up shop!
