5 /5 Denice Barton: This is possibly the most professional shop I have ever used. Every time I call they are able to get me in and check out my problems right away. The work was done immediately and the price was more than fair. The whole team worked together and you could tell they had amazing leadership to be so confident and driven. Weird to say but they were compassionate (because as you know, when you need auto work done you’re pretty stressed and need a shoulder to cry on). I can’t say enough good things about them. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. I will use them from now on!

Thankfully, I hit the jackpot with Chris at Advanced Auto Repair. Chris was awesome, he took the time to share his story, and we could tell he takes great pride in his work. He even showed us some exciting projects in the back that will enhance the atmosphere of his lobby, which already has the cozy charm of a cabin up north. Beyond the welcoming environment, Chris provided top-notch service. He sent us detailed pictures of everything he found and gave honest recommendations—what needed immediate attention and what could wait. We decided to tackle all the repairs since our Kia Forte had 110,000 miles on it. Great mechanics are hard to find, and Chris went above and beyond for us. 5 /5 T: I cant say enough about this business. I was from out of town for just a day trip and my alternator went out , got hotel and was stressing about what to do so I called around to mechanics, the owner was very compassionate and got me in and out promptly so I could get back home and go to work. More importantly...I drive a Corvette and have poured more money down the drain due to each shop has tore something else up after fixing what the previous shop tore up and it goes on and on...I could have bought a new engine by now. Advanced Autos work has not created any additional problems or cost me anymore money like the last 4 shops. I recently moved to the area and my son works for a Chevy dealer local ,but I believe in Advanced Auto Repair!! And will continue to use them going forward.
