5 /5 Deanna King: I recently had the opportunity to visit iCare, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I was seen by a nurse almost immediately. Dr. Coates was thorough, listened attentively to my concerns, and took the time to explain what was being done and why. I was extremely appreciative of how comfortable and at ease Cord & Maureen made me feel, despite being in a stressful setting. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made the experience even better. I left feeling confident in the care I received and would 100% recommend iCare to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention.

5 /5 Leeza Fedosova: Because of the good reviews, we drove 30 minutes to come to this facility vs several others much closer to us. I came in with abdominal pain and was discharged with gallstones and a kidney stone. My pain and nausea was managed very quickly after getting my IV placed. Everything was clean and everyone was kind and patient. Michael did a great job starting my IV and I really enjoyed his bedside manner. Dr. Coats was informative and took his time discussing every test, medication, and what my next steps were. We were there for about 4 hours but this included everything: check in, IV start, meds, ultrasound, CT scan, and discharge. For my diagnosis there wasn’t much left for them to do, but Dr.Coats advised me which hospital near by would have a GI staff to help with the next steps. I really appreciate how efficient and kind everyone was and I’ll continue using this facility if I ever need to again.

5 /5 v k: I’ve visited other urgent cares and none of them makes me feel welcomed and cared for like iCare does! My whole family comes here. The facility is clean and well equipped. The entire staff, from the front desk, to nurses and nursing director Angel are God-sends! They know what they’re doing and really work with you to get you in good health. They l are very knowledgeable and caring and work together as a team. If you’re not feeling well, you can’t go wrong getting the care you need at ICare!

5 /5 Kendall Rodriguez: Every visit has been pleasant. Ease of access to site, quick appointment booking, clean establishment, offers hot tea, coffee, and water in lobby. Receptionists, nurses, and doctors have all been very kind, professional, and proficient. Speed of service is phenomenal. Prescriptions are always ready for pick up at desired pharmacy almost immediately. Love that I can view lab results on patient portal and even ask for a school excuse if I had forgotten to in person.

5 /5 Arianna Martinez: Was having some abnormal chronic pain on my right rib area early in the morning that forced me to go make sure things were okay. I called the office at 6am and confirmed they were able to see me today and let me know that I can come by 7am and can get seen fairly quickly. I was greeted by Abram as I checked in at the front desk, he was very nice and knowledgeable about the services requested. 3 minutes after checking in, my nurse, Scott came to take me back and get my vitals done. He was great and made me feel comfortable to explain my symptoms and was overall great. Shortly after, Dr Kumar was able to come and speak with me to figure out a diagnosis of what was going on. Once done, everyone was still very friendly and helpful to get me taken care of, even the medic! (I believe Cord was his name) All I can say is that I had a wonderful visit with this team and would come back in an instant if needed again.
