1 /5 Isabel Foster: After years of being a loyal customer at this nail salon, Ive made the decision not to return due to a disappointing experience today. Despite their higher prices compared to other salons, Ive continued to patronize and refer them to family and friends, but the quality of service during my recent visit was below par. I had gone in for a manicure and pedicure, but I left feeling upset. When I arrived, my toenails were perfectly square and uniform, but after the pedicure, they looked completely different. Additionally, despite my request, I didnt receive the matte black color I had asked for. The paint job was poor, and the removal of dead skin on my feet was not satisfactory. I was informed that the person who worked on my nails was still in training, which I understand, but I believe that customers should not be part of a trainees learning experience while paying full price. This inconsistency is not new to me; over the years, Ive had hit-and-miss experiences with both pedicures and manicures, unless I specifically request the same person every time.
