5 /5 Vivian Suchil: I came here after having a bad experience at a different salon and needed the nails taken off. They took me in right away, super friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I showed them the nails I had on my hands and they quickly said they could soak them off and fix them for me. Super quick and gave me exactly what I wanted.

1 /5 Mary Vazquez: (PLEASE READ I DONT WANT ANYTHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE) I’ve been going here for years (I don’t get my nails often but when I do I go there) the beginning when I started they were very professional and welcoming and did amazing on pedicures and manicures. I noticed they changed a lot it wasn’t really clean, workers on their phones constantly and using the massaging machine instead of working! The owner would have to speak to each worker with what the clients are saying which that doesn’t really bother me but it’s hard when they are busy your waiting there forever just to tell them simply what color you want. I went for my birthday to get a pedicure the pedicure was good it hurt a little but I was okay. The next day I noticed my toes swollen long story short my big toes got infected really bad almost had to have surgery I couldn’t walk I couldn’t drive it was an awful pain to even take a step hurt so bad this was back in December and it’s April and it’s barely healing! I was debating on writing this review but I just don’t anyone to go through what I went through.

1 /5 Veena Mehra: I would certainly not return here but before I leave I wanted to share feedback so others can be spared. I got my nails on Thursday 9 May. And look at the picture already. I did not wait 40min, pay $50 plus tip to get this result. This was my first and last time here. The gentleman obviously did not do his job. The top transparent coat began to crack on the 3rd day and today one of my tip fell off and the other index finger is chipped.

I went to their website seeing that the reviews weren’t so great I still made an appointment because they had a great promotion going on and I’m glad I did as I walked in. I was a little nervous but you see I have gone to 12 different salons since moving to West Texas, back home They would always make it exactly how I like it but here in West Texas I have not found one salon To make them perfect. As I sat down to get my nails done for the first time at this salon, she listened to my needs. I like Them short And very thin I do not like them painted on and I do not like them dipped. She did them perfect and even did the design. This shop is much cheaper than the shops around and they listen to your needs. I highly recommend to go here.

Jennifer Gonzales: Me and my mom went in to get our nails done. It was dirty in there but I hate to judge a book by its cover. She got us fast because we were the only ones there. She was going very fast. I asked for a oval shape and it was all different shapes. They put the wrong nail polish on my moms nails. And instead of taking them off and starting over they just painted over it. You can still see the other color through it and on the sides it wasn’t even painted. When we first went in she said it was $45 but charged us $55. All together was $115 which I thought was a lot for it being bad. I asked for a refund and the lady said she was not going to refund me. She started yelling at me. The whole time I was being very nice to her. All she wanted to give me was $30 back but I said $35 since she cut my nails off. When she was cutting my nails off she was grabbing my hands very hard. And they said they were going to refund me $35 but they were only going to do $30 and I made them fix it. I was being nice the whole time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

First off rude / not the best service, French tip was not it , & wen I went back she fit 1 nail but wanted to charge $5 to fix a nail & blame it on cuz I had a fake nail compare to real nail yet I told her I wanted to remove my fake nails but she said “how do you want me to do that?! We don’t do that I’ll just paint on top of your nails “ like okay?? Yet Everyone knw about the l Cotten & foil method to soak em off but ok … then wen I Asked for a soaked off on hand nails which I thought was free like most places but no it was $10 per hand & then this is what she left me w/ let alone I asked for $30 pedi & she charge me for a higher price $35 but I guess she added her own tip because at end she told me total was $60 ?! Wen I tried to ask her why is that so she rather argue & I understand the hustle but there’s no reason to be greedy especially to your customers!
