First we discussed the images I had sent through on the website and she had recommendations that I was all for (adding a bit of violet to our cherry Cola hair) and the results were AWESOME. Loved the results and she was fun to converse with too! I ended up getting a hair cut too for a fresh new look. 10 out of 10!
