5 /5 Roger Walker-Wheatley: Only my second time in, but just like last time, it was easy scheduling, my appointment started when scheduled, and everybody was quite friendly. Place was super clean, and comfortable. The updates in dental equipment which made for even simpler and more comfortable procedures were obvious, and it was possible to converse regarding them. X-Rays were very much improved in comfort of process and reduction of scattered radiation. Clearly, this office is up to date!
The hygienist was confident and efficient, while also being friendly. It was a genuinely enjoyable visit. The gum exam and cleaning were accomplished without discomfort of any significance.
Dr. Andersen is also quite personable while getting the job done. He has a strong educational background, and the range of services offered in his office are commensurate with those which offices in much larger cities offer. Good communication. Just a good dude. And his staff seem genuinely happy to be working there.
I would have zero hesitation to drive a few miles into Longview or Tyler if I felt that I could enjoy better dental care...but I dont, because any and every dental concern I have or may have can be fully addressed right here in Hawkins.
