Original dentist said I could potentially need major treatment and referred me out, they did their own X-rays and explained what to look for while on a wait to see approach. (And showed that the pain I was feeling was from a different tooth all together!) Kind and honest. Thankful for a good dental experience!

Everyone was so nice and professionally. But three people from this awesome team really stood out. We were in constant communication with and that is Ms. Patricia the receptionist, who is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wilkerson, who performed the surgery on my daughter. He made sure she was comfortable physically and emotionally and even reduced his price to help us out. And last but not least Ms. Samaje’, the dental assistant. Who is truly God sent. She was very professional but not afraid to laugh and make you feel more than comfortable. She was very informative, she knows her stuff and helped us to understand step by step the process and really helped our daughter to calm down and get through such a dramatic ordeal for her. Ms. Samaje’ warmed our hearts and made the dentist and surgery more bearable then most expect. Thank you to such an Amazing Team.

5 /5 Daniella Becerra: Awesome care, customer service, and patience. They were so kind to me when I went in for my consultation and helping ensure all my insurance was good to go. When I had my wisdom teeth procedure Dr. Graves got me in and out so fast. Last thing I remember was hearing one of my favorite genres of music. Then when I was done I was helped walking to my car. The patience, kindness, and customer service was awesome. As well as providing me with am icepack, instructions, Drs note, and even a shirt. Few days later I needed an itemized receipt so I called and asked for one and Ms. Beaty helped me get one so quickly she and the staff are so friendly and know what they are doing. So I definitely recommend Lubbock Dental Specialist if you are looking for a wisdom teeth procedere done.

Brittany at the front became super woman in 5 minutes and Dr. Graves explained everything he was doing and calmed my anxiety!

5 /5 Melissa Kimball: A couple of months ago my daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed and we chose Lubbock Dental Specialist to extract them. I was immediately impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness with regards to my insurance. The nurses were especially kind, in fact Samajés care of my daughter before and after her procedure touched my heart. I can still see her kindly holding her arm as she lead her out to our car. The oral surgeon did an incredibly skilled job with the extraction and made sure my daughter had all she needed for low pain and an easy recovery. I would definitely recommend them!
