Very pleasantly surprised with the care I received from everyone starting with Addie in the front office, super nice, and Dr John and his assistant Lizzy. They made the experience very pleasant and they are very knowledgeable and thorough.

1 /5 Gabrielle Torres: I am super disappointed in Archstone Dental. I went in yesterday with a broken tooth and was there for a total of 1.5 hours. I was one of two people who were there and it was not busy because I was there first thing in the morning. I was seen by the dentist after about 30 minutes of waiting (no big deal) but as I am sitting there I look over at the tools and notice that they are FILTHY. This picture was taken BEFORE any type of treatment or exam. That’s how the tools were when I entered the room. That was the first thing that upset me. Second was after looking at my tooth for 2 minutes and recommending the treatment. I pick the desired treatment afrer the front desk lady comes in with the estimate after about 30 minutes of waiting. Then she leaves and comes back a few minutes later and says that they won’t be able to do any of the treatment today and to come in tomorrow. This was a scheduled appointment for this specific issue and they couldn’t get it done. That is extremely frustrating since I am having pain due to the tooth. Also, I took a day off work for this. I cannot do it again two days in a row. To top it off, when I left there was no one in any of the rooms I passed, and no one in the waiting room. I also saw the dentist sitting down not tending to anyone. I have had fillings for this tooth before and it could’ve been done in the amount of time I waited. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised with the care I received from Dr John and his assistant Lizzy, who were both very empathetic to my situation (previously had a bad experience at another provider) and both are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Also, Addie, in the front office was super nice! I will continue my treatment here!

5 /5 Laurie Hoffman Waldrep: Two days before my Medicare expired. Walked into Archstone Dental office hoping to get extensive work done on my teeth. Once in the office, I met the most beautiful and caring personnel who took upon themselves to help me care for my teeth so I would not lose my insurance benefits for the year. I met Jennifer at the front desk who worked me in, and met Danielle, who took all the X-rays for Dr. John to evaluate the work that have to be done. Most people want to be with their family after a long days work, most specially for the Holidays. I arrived at about 1:45PM. By 2PM X rays were being taken. Shortly thereafter, Dr. John was caring for my teeth. The office closes at 5PM. These wonderful team of caring professionals, stayed 1.5hrs after their shift caring for me. It had been 4.5 years since I had been to the dentist, so Dr. John did deep cleaning, and worked on 5 fractures that needed to be taken care of. Jennifer worked me into their full schedule for the following day for Dr. Jones to complete deep cleaning in my upper Quad and he had my prophylaxis done, and teeth polishing. My teeth feel great, and I was able to use my Medicare benefits for 2024. I still cannot believe I got all I needed to have done in two visits. With the most wonderful team of specialists in their profession. Each team member was very kind, making sure I was taken care of. The level of professional care and humanity, kindness and empathy, have left such a deep impression in my heart, that I will be loyal to them. I highly recommend them. Very thorough job, explaining everything they were doing. I thank each and every member for caring for my teeth the way they did, and am looking forward to my next visit that has already been scheduled for a crown. This is the first time ever anyone works on a temp crown with such precision, that fit perfectly in the first time. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every team member from Receptionist,X-Ray technician, Drs. and Hyenist at Archstone Dental, for all the work they did. Simply the best! I give them the highest score anyone can get. (+) Thank you all for the best experience ever!!!

5 /5 Ric Sudberry: We have been going to Archstone Dental since 2023. Their staff from office personnel to dental personnel and dentists are terrific. They are professional as well as courteous and friendly. If there are ever issues, they work diligently to take care of them. Archstone Dental is a premier dental provider.
