5 /5 Jessi Nordi: Ive been a patient of Dr. Ciubuc for more than 5 years and he is amazing. He makes sure you understand your health. The office staff are phenomenal and accommodating. Im very satisfied with his office.

1 /5 nena rodriguez: I am extremely disappointed with the medical assistants at Dr. Radu Ciubuc’s office. They are never in the office, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. On the rare occasion someone does, their attitude is unprofessional and dismissive. The customer service is abysmal—they seem completely uninterested in helping patients and don’t know what they’re doing or talking about. It’s clear they lack the basic knowledge and skills needed to provide proper support. This office needs serious improvement in staffing and training. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

5 /5 Thomas Marshall: I am 67 and have been around the block with more Doctors I care to mention. Dr.Ciubuc has been more to me than just a doctor, hes my best friend and has more compassion in his little finger than all the others combined.

1 /5 Laura Letty Rubalcaba: Hello new patients: I do not recommend this medical facility. The Dr.s are great. Unfortunately the office personal are not. The office manager needs to have empathy with patients. She never cracks a smile and seems to get bothered when you need some assistance with scripts. Office personal never goes the extra step to get things done. When you call its always answered by an answering machine. They never return the calls. Office is closed on Fridays so you need to wait until after theweekend. Good luck to new patients. Im done!!!!!
