1 /5 Jose R. Castillo: Awful over the phone service. called to reschedule my appointments and keeps saying that they dont do reschedules.. Then I tell her to cancel my appointment and she says that I have to call my VA in order to cancel.. Im guessing they are putting me as NO SHOW so they can charge a fee to the VA.. Feel sorry for the business owner that have to depend on incompetent personnel.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

5 /5 Special Edition: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Klein for a year, he’s been treating me for multiple injuries received due to an accident. He has performed one surgery and I’m scheduled for a second. Dr. Klein has always been a professional and has always had my best interest toward my recovery. Trying to get a return call from his staff is however like pulling teeth. That would be my only complain, good thing I don’t have to depend on his staff for my care.

1 /5 Angel: Awful Doctor, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Waited for my appointment, nurse called my name in. Doctor saw me for 1 to 2 minutes. Did not even check me, no vitals nothing. Rude and zero communication about my fracture. Waste of time.

5 /5 Maria Hernandez: Dr.Klein is a very professional Physician, he is extremely careful about medical procedures and also he really knows what he is doing! He is empathetic and respectful person. The staff is polite and very efficient . Highly recommend.

1 /5 Dave Ghent: Dr. K’s office never got my MRI and X Ray results, but he pretended that they did. His office is all about patient volume and sucking money from insurance companies.

Morgan H: Experience with Doctor Cox was horrible. He is a liar after he lied about leaving a Gallstine in me. After I went to the ER prior to my follow up and after the ER called him about my remaining gallstone, he lied to me at my appointment with him saying it was a "clasp". I have tried reporting him to the Texas Medical Board even though I have all my paper work stating what was going on with me and sent them copies. I ended up going to a different hospital because this doctor lied to me. IF anyone ends up with this doctor, please record your conversations with this doctor and get EVERYTHING in writing on diagnosis. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!!! I dont understand why he is still practicing.
