Shama Ali: This was my first time visiting this salon, and I booked an appointment with an Artistic Director for balayage. After the initial color treatment, the results were barely noticeable, so I rescheduled another appointment for the following day to have it fixed. During the second attempt, the color on the back turned out well, but the front remained too dark with an orange-red tint. I only realized this when I stepped outside into natural light. My hair color looked uneven, so I went back to the salon to discuss the issue with the colorist.
The colorist seemed unsure about how to correct it and kept asking other stylists for advice. Time was limited for her. She had other clients coming in for their appointments even then she tried to fix it by reapplying the bleach to my front hair again for the third time, but I stopped her because I didnt want to damage my hair so I suggested that she reapply toner instead, hoping it would reduce the brassy tones. I mentioned to her that a similar situation had been fixed with toner in the past.
After she reapplied the toner, I was so exhausted that I left the salon without drying my hair. When I got home and checked my hair, it looked terrible. Im really upset and feel like crying. The colorist was a nice lady she tried her best, but I wish I had gone to a professional who knows how to color dark hair and who has advanced color correction skills. Now Ill have to go to another Salon and spend more money to get it fixed.

I was hoping and praying that we would get someone kind and patient. Miss Iris was the sweetest and we really appreciate the patience she had with him.
