Erin was so kind and patient with him and he left wanting to go back soon, even though he was hesitant to start. He now realizes the benefits of a facial, even for a man. I was asked what I wanted to do and I said I do not know but please help me and fix them, you’re the expert and we’re going with whatever you say we need to. Currently no option to choose senior cut in the appointment booking template online; another PRICE INCREASE, making a senior cut $23.00 (before tip!!)and of course non senior even HIGHER!!; Im male and in my 70s and have a very simple haircut... practically all by trimmer, and not even in chair for 5 minutes.
Been coming here for years and have had good service and cuts by each of the staff, but Ill have to shop around for a basic barber shop due to the ridiculous high price now.
April Puente: Was trying to get my daughters hair cut so I called but when I first called I didnt realize she spoke Spanish so I spoke in English asking for the price well she hung up on me before I was even able to talk in Spanish and then I called again and she didnt even answer my calls to give me a chance to speak! Not good service if your not giving anyone a chance to speak! I see someone has commented but I called back 2x and once you heard me speak English you didnt even care to answer so I called off of my husband phone and yall sure did answer quick and was very friendly when I spoke Spanish, but when I spoke English you didnt even give me a chance to switch my language before hanging up on me and ignoring me
