I must admit, I was scared of having this done but with Cortny being the sweet person she is, reassured me I was going to be ok! This was the absolute best decision Ive ever made! Little D: Got a 5 star haircut but gave 3 stars due to changes made by ownership: Currently no option to choose senior cut in the appointment booking template online; another PRICE INCREASE, making a senior cut $23.00 (before tip!!)and of course non senior even HIGHER!!; Im male and in my 70s and have a very simple haircut... practically all by trimmer, and not even in chair for 5 minutes. Been coming here for years and have had good service and cuts by each of the staff, but Ill have to shop around for a basic barber shop due to the ridiculous high price now.

April Puente: Was trying to get my daughters hair cut so I called but when I first called I didnt realize she spoke Spanish so I spoke in English asking for the price well she hung up on me before I was even able to talk in Spanish and then I called again and she didnt even answer my calls to give me a chance to speak! Not good service if your not giving anyone a chance to speak! I see someone has commented but I called back 2x and once you heard me speak English you didnt even care to answer so I called off of my husband phone and yall sure did answer quick and was very friendly when I spoke Spanish, but when I spoke English you didnt even give me a chance to switch my language before hanging up on me and ignoring me

Josh Smith: My son went in to get a cut Friday he ask the lady not to cut his hair past his eyebrows and I when my son Was done his hair was uneven and look horrible I taught my son never to complain to a women women just let me talk to a manger ..I called and the receptionist answered and asked me to send pictures of my son’s haircut so she could show her manager I did that she calls me back and said Brenda on the way I asked the receptionist her opinion on the pictures and she says yes the haircut is very bad and uneven then she says Brenda will call me. Then Brenda tells me that her solution is cutting it again witch mean his hair is gonna be cut shorter I said no she said I’m not refining your 45 dollars I said ok I’m not asking you to I just want to get it perm she said that’s 100 dollars I said are you going to put the 45 dollars toward the perm she said no so they basically are stealing 45 dollars and want me to pay full price on a perm ..so I ask for the owner and he was unwilling to refund my 45 dollars saying he has bills to pay he said I can pay full price so they basically stole 45 dollars from me stay away from this place I’m sure the do cut good but if you have a bad experience they will not fix it I’m so upset because my son missed my wedding rehearsal because he was so insecure about his hair stay away from this place they are thieves all I asked him was could you put the $45 towards $100 perm and I would pay the rest and they didn’t want to do that I’m so upset then they hung up on my I will expose them on every site I can look at the picture of my son hair worst cut he’s ever got

You get a welcoming feeling from this place and they listen to what you want. The owner adds new innovative products to her place and her pride shows throughout the property. I usually just get a wash, cut, and style and am picky about my cuts and she does it perfect every time. I took my boyfriend as well another time and she did great with his hair. I also tend to not take recommendations on products, but when my hair started to become damaged from curling it for dance I took hers and my hair has done a 180.
