1 /5 K H: Does great with hair, but terrible at communication and scheduling. Was looking for a good stylist to help me with taking care of my hair and getting it back healthy.
Scheduling with her the first time wasnt awful, but the second time was definitely a little more difficult. I was trying to schedule my next (third) appointment with her but she flat out does not respond or get back to you. I understand being busy. I dont understand flat out ignoring and making it difficult for a paying customer willing to come back for repeat business. Seems as if every time I tried to schedule an appointment was like I was having to chase her and pull teeth just to get a spot. She was not trying to work with me or find something to fit my schedule as well as hers unless I kept suggesting something that could work. It seemed as if I was being a bother and she didnt really care to have me as a customer. All I wanted was my hair done. Not sure if its just to me or new customers or what, but its very clear she picks and chooses who she wants to do business with and not everyone is welcome.
I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for my hair care since she could care less about losing clients or business that does not seem to be good enough for her. If you dont want to do it or have nothing available for them, atleast communicate that to the customer. Just seems very unprofessional, unorganized, and unfair.
