Aliah Lopez: Omg I was so nervous going in I was worried because my last salon experience did not go so well. BUT as soon as I walked in the place was super nice and well decorated. I had gotten a haircut and wash. My stylist Gloria was absolutely the sweetest she made me feel so comfortable she’s really easy going and I really appreciated her time. The wash was AMAZING super relaxing. Don’t even get me started on the cut oh my goodness Gloria did an excellent job on my hair. I really recommend going to this place if it’s your first time. I will definitely be coming back for more of their services as well.
Isaac Deuel: If you Want a Mullet!? Diesels the guy you want! Ive been gettin my haircut from him and been gettin a mullet and it’s always the best I’ve ever gotten. I even got a Cross and American flag on one side and I Got Compliments from EVERYBODY. And lots of pictures with me too Haha.
Clayton Coulter: This place is very friendly and the people there are very nice. The services that they have are well-done. The reason I am giving the three-star rating is due to the unprofessional manner in which the business is run. Calling during published business hours gets no person but a message saying that voicemail is not accepted. This situation has happened to me twice. Bloome needs to address this issue if they want new customers or for existing ones to be satisfied. It doesnt matter if a business has the best quality services in the world if customers cant reach the establishment. It makes the business look amateur and looks like the owner doesnt take the business seriously.
tarsis garcia: Seriously! I drove across town for them to close 2 hours earlier and I can see the workers just sitting there who decided to close earlier. If your time is 7 then close at the time you have! Customers look at that for a reason. This is not okay!
Paris Smith: I paid $90 for a wash, hair cut, blow dry and straighten my hair. I would’ve preferred if the lady who was doing my hair was honest up front that she had never styled very curly hair before and maybe asked a co worker to do my hair. I walked out of there after almost 3 hrs. with the roots to my hair curly and pieces of my hair curly as well. It was my sister’s wedding that day and I thought my hair would look better if done at a salon but I was wrong I could’ve done it better myself. Not going back ever, very disappointed.
Virginia Bell: The haircut isnt bad, but its not what I asked for. I specifically requested the hair be left long enough to cover my neck, because I have a tattoo that I like to keep covered for professionalism. That was clearly articulated and specifically stated before she began cutting, but she cut it up above the tattoo. I asked for asymmetrical, she cut it all one length. I asked for piecey and razored, didnt happen. I asked for side-swept bangs, and that didnt happen. She didnt even part my hair the direction I part it, even after she asked me if thats how I parted my hair and I told her no. Maybe she was distracted, because it seemed she had overbooked herself. I dont know, but I wont go back.
ACN Nail: I wish I didn’t have to give this place one star . I contacted them about a hair appointment. We spoke through text and she asked me if I wanted a certain time, and I replied yes. I showed up at the appointed time they Failed to finalize my appointment .Then they rescheduled me and didn’t even show up for that!!!! Sit outside the store and wait for 10 minutes and no one came. Very poor management skills.
