3 /5 Clayton Coulter: This place is very friendly and the people there are very nice. The services that they have are well-done. The reason I am giving the three-star rating is due to the unprofessional manner in which the business is run. Calling during published business hours gets no person but a message saying that voicemail is not accepted. This situation has happened to me twice. Bloome needs to address this issue if they want new customers or for existing ones to be satisfied. It doesnt matter if a business has the best quality services in the world if customers cant reach the establishment. It makes the business look amateur and looks like the owner doesnt take the business seriously.
