1 /5 Talia Jay: My father has visited this practice a few times, but his most recent experience with Dr. Ku was deeply disappointing. Dr. Ku was extremely rude and condescending throughout the appointment. For instance, while my father was seated in the chair, Dr. Ku forcefully pushed his chin upward while working in his mouth, which made my father feel very uncomfortable and upset.
What was even more concerning was Dr. Ku’s overall demeanor—not just toward my father, but also toward his staff. I witnessed him make a degrading comment to a front desk associate that implied she was uneducated and incapable of doing her job. This behavior was unprofessional, belittling, and incredibly inappropriate, regardless of who the comment was directed at.
Please be cautious when considering this practice, especially when dealing with Dr. Ku. I do want to acknowledge that the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating—the issue lies solely with the dentist, who was dismissive, rude, and extremely difficult to interact with.
