Holly Webb I just had the MOST AMAZING dental experience at Dentistry for Life yesterday! I was unhappy with my prior dental office I had been going to for over 10 years. After doing a lot of research, I called Dentistry for Life! The entire staff was nothing but kind and compassionate! Dawn, one of the receptionists, was able to answer many of my questions and was able to get me in the same day due to a cancellation! I had the most thorough dental examination. Even the X -Rays were easy! Krystle, my dental hygienist, was so empathetic and I felt very heard and validated by her! I learned more about my teeth than any dental visit I have experienced in the past. Dr Dave spent more time with me than any dentist I have experienced in the past! I am someone who gets anxious at the dentist and entire staff made me feel at ease the whole time! I highly recommend Dentistry for Life! Best dental experience ever!!

We only wish we had discovered her sooner, she’s truly one of the best dentists we’ve ever been to.

Josh Popperwell Personally, I dont ever really leave reviews but this is pretty unique. This is the only dentists office that I feel like understands youre a person, not a paycheck. They make sure youre comfortable, explain every single step, work with you on payments, will get you in quickly for an emergency, has amazing caring dentists and an amazing receptionist staff. No one likes going to the dentist but ProSmile legitimately makes the experience smooth and pain-free. 10/10, found my dentists for life.

Kiara Colón After making me wait for almost 1 hour for a cleaning I refused to do X rays because I’m 7 months pregnant & clearly that isn’t safe while pregnant… well they couldn’t clean my teeth without X Rays still doesn’t understand why since is just a basic cleaning, like can’t you do the x rays on my next visit. Just wasting my time. Let me add all of this came from the front desk Hispanic with light hair lady, she was actually pretty rude (never seen her before). She also told me I need a note from doctor saying “im clear” after pregnancy so they can see me again or they won’t. I been going to this dentist for almost 8 years and NEVER had a problem, not my first time being pregnant and going there that’s how I know they can do the cleaning without the X rays & they didn’t ask for a “note” also my whole family goes here since I recommended them, I as well take my son there but I guess is time to find a new dentist. All these years the staff has always been so nice to me and my son (he’s been going for 4 years) but that lady I’m guessing she’s new wasn’t nice or helpful at all & the way she also talk to people over the phone isn’t nice either.

What I like the most is that Even the doctor is always busy. However, he will find time to greet you as an old good friend , and also, he will treat you as a member of his own family . Gloria Aguilera I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and they were even able to squeeze me into the schedule for a same-day cleaning, which I really appreciated. The dental assistant Liz was kind and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Nguyen was absolutely wonderful! My hygienist did a fantastic job with my cleaning, so gentle and knowledgeable. Landers Georgia (GA) They arent organized. I had an appointment for cleaning and didnt get a cleaning until four or five appointments later. Went to the orthodontic, Then I asked over the phone what my co-pay was. As I was finally seated for cleaning, then they said, "Oh, thats co-pay for your bottom teeth." Then I was told that my co-pay was different for the top.

shannon melgar They are amazing! They went above and beyond to make me comfortable, so much so I actually fell asleep in the chair. They made sure I got everything covered with my payment plan so I could have the work I needed done. The dentist even called before leaving for the holidays to make sure I was doing OK. I dont think I have ever been this comfort a dentist office before.

Fiona Laing Kudos to the staff and Dr. Smith at this location! The staff is very friendly and attentive, although it gets busy at times they do their best to be efficient and get you serviced as soon as possible. Dr. Smith is the best dentist I have ever had, she is very thorough in her dental care and the method that she uses to administer the numbing agent is A+. I was terrified of dentists because of bad experiences in the past but Dr. Smith has restored my trust in dentists by her care, now I do not miss a dental appointment. Benjamin A. Laing Dr Smith is by far the best dentist that has ever worked on my mouth. She is really calm under pressure while doing what she does best with absolute confidence. Beautiful personality, displaying professionalism and grace as she quietly calms me down knowing that I can get really nervous about my mouth. For example, whenever she is about to numb me with the Novocain, she tells me what she’s about to do, goes ahead and does it without me feeling the discomfort of the needle piercing my gum. Then , I would ask , did you inject me already ? And she normally respond with a smile and says, yes. She constantly asked, are you okay? Are feeling any discomfort? Any pressure or pain? Please stop me if you need to. Another amazing characteristic that she owns which is lost among medical professionals these days is how she follows up. Call to find out how I’m doing after a procedure and would remind me not to hesitate to call the office should the need arise. She may not have the time to follow up on every one, but she certainly does it for me. She is very intelligent and smart , knows what she’s doing. I am glad that she is my dentist. One more important thing that I almost forgot is the kindness and patience of the staff around Dr Smith. They worked well together and assist each other every step of the way. During my last visit, one of the nurses told that she really enjoy working there and that Dr Smith helps her tremendously with information regarding her studies as she is still a student. That is just awesome. Brident ! You lucked out on this little group! .

Leaton Charles The Dentist, Dr Smith is the consummate professional. She is a peoples person whose attitude to patients is exemplary. Her speech is calm and concise and sets a tone that makes one feels comfortable when under her charge. She will always be highly recommended.

Keri Shinder I have a ton of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, the entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. My dental hygienist was super sweet. Dr Hinkle was incredibly smooth with the numbing injections and the entire crown process. He talked me through the entire procedure and they both were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. Leslie Alvarez My family and I have been coming to this location since they initially opened. I was not a big fan of Dr Mikitka and was considering switching, however, when I found out that a new dentist was there I felt like I needed to give him a chance. Dr Kim has been amazing and is very personable and willing to help walk you through why you need the work or don’t need the work. I have never felt pressured in any way to get something suggested done. He listens and the hygienist that cleans my teeth is the same one since I started here. I only ask for her, not because others are bad, but because we like the continuity of care and she even remembers my kids names while asking how they’re doing now that they’re in college and high school. Sometimes I think people think they know more than the dentist and feel like just because they can find another place to do it when this dentist wouldn’t, doesn’t mean this dentist is wrong. As an example, you may go to a doctor who says you don’t need antibiotics yet you can find another that will give them to you, just to avoid arguing with you. You may also think that you know more and when your doctor tries to give you antibiotics because you’re very sick but you say no, just give me cough syrup. That’s how I see some of these negative reviews. Society has become such a demanding place with people thinking they know more than the professionals who went to school for the service. We love the people and faces we have come to get to know and are very pleased with Dr Kim, who I just saw today and did a painless filling for me to replace an old one that was still the weird silver/dark one from my childhood.

Eddie I experienced terrible service at this office. They have a strict policy of canceling your appointment if you arrive just 10 minutes late, even when the waiting room is completely empty. The front desk staff, along with the office manager, lack professionalism. Instead of addressing concerns, they simply put you on hold, discuss the situation amongst themselves, and blindly side with the front desk’s decisions. This is unacceptable.

She was able to squeeze me in the next day to see Dr Laska, when other dental offices didnt have appointments til the following week. Their office was pristine and they even had an anxiety pup there to comfort me. Unfortunately, Dr Laska had to refer me to an endodontist, but her team was able to get me an appointment the same day with one. Both providers were amazing and easy to work with.
